Flexible Dial-Tone Options
You can use your own dial-tone, run all dial-tone across our managed VOIP network or use a mixture of both. Fluid | Voice ST can simply add direct numbers to your workforce and use your local lines for fail-over, or, you can have your own digital PRI at your site and use our network to fail-over to in the event it goes down.
Flexible Equipment Options
Fluid | Voice ST supports standard Network gear and Polycom Ip500 telephones or you can use the superior quality ShoreTel phone sets. We don't require you to buy expensive Cisco gear to have a solid VOIP infrastructure. Our gear does the job at 1/3 of the price! You don't even have to buy your phones... rent them if you wish and we'll provide them as part of your service.
